羟丙基玉米淀粉是一种重要的淀粉衍生物,研究其合成过程的取代度变化趋势,是实现其高效生产的重要保证。本文基于环氧丙烷的用量、反应时间和NaOH的用量对羟丙基淀粉合成过程产物取代度的变化趋势,建立了预测羟丙基淀粉取代度的变化规律的数学经验模型,即 。结果表明:在本实验条件下,羟丙基淀粉取代度的实验值和模型预测值之间的相关系数(R2)为0.9817,这说明该模型可以很好地预测合成羟丙基淀粉过程中取代度的变化规律,该模型可用于指导羟丙基淀粉的合成工艺的优化,同时也可以为其他淀粉衍生物(如醋酸淀粉酯、羧甲基淀粉等)的合成工艺优化提供一定的借鉴意义。

Hydroxypropyl starch is an important starch derivatives. Therefore, studies on the synthesis of hydroxypropyl starch and its changes in degree of substitution (DS) are an important guarantee for efficient production of hydroxypropyl starch. Based on effects on the amount of propylene oxide, reaction time and the amount of NaOH on the DS of hydroxypropyl starch, a mathematical empirical model ( ) was built for predicting DS of hydroxypropyl starch during the processing. A good linear correlation (R2 = 0.9817) was found, indicating that the efficiency and reliability of the empirical model for accurately predicting the DS values with the change of parameters during the etherification process under the experimental conditions. What’s more, our study will provide a reference for the process optimization of other starch derivatives (such as acetic ester starch, carboxymethyl starch).
