在以脱脂米糠为原料提取肌醇的工艺中,用离子交换树脂吸附植酸,再用烧碱洗脱,得到植酸钠溶液,采用植酸酶阳离子激活提高酶活后催化植酸钠水解,水解液最后用CaCO3溶液破坏水解平衡的原理辅助水解,从而制得得率高达11.5%的肌醇。

In the inositol extraction process with defatted rice bran as raw material, through the absorption of phytic acid by ion exchange resin and the elution with caustic soda, the sodium phytate solution is gained. Then the use of phytase cation can improve the enzyme’s activity and catalyze the hydrolysis, the add of CaCO3 solution in the hydrolyzate will assist the hydrolysis by destroying the hydrolysis balance, thereby obtaining an inositol yield up to 11.5%.
